We’re launching a new kind of event series – Venturelounge. Yea, it sounds cool.
It’s a way to dig into a topic totally interactively. A facilitator will lead a discussion about a topic - anything related to startups. This is not one of those one-sided events where someone talks at you. It’s hands-on, gritty, real. This is where all that class participation practice from college will come in handy.
Topic #1: Intellectual property in startups.
We're talking all about how IP is created in the startup context. Discussion topics include IP ownership, protecting it, problems you can run into, how to sound like you know what you’re talking about when talking to investors, etc. This is your chance to ask your questions, share your own experiences and challenges, and understand it all.
